Return Policy |
| Damage During Shipping: |
| - If your order arrives with visible damage, please be sure to refuse the delivery and then send us an email. |
| - Should your package delivery be accepted and you find damage, please email us within 48 hours of delivery. |
| - Be sure not to discard any of the packaging materials. |
| Product Defect: |
| - Should your product have any kind of factory defect, please email us and we will get a replacement out to you as soon as possible. |
| - If a return is allowed, the product must be in it's original packaging and not be used in any way. |
| - In the event that a replacement cannot be arranged, we will issue you a store credit for the total purchase. |
| - All other issues will be handled on a per case basis. |
